when you forget the water and you're left with the absolutely hellish decision of rasping vs getting out of bed :thdn: worse than cancer vs aids at the time


and yeah I know when you're on ibuprofen, then drinking means you'll get ****ed really quickly. I always thought if you came home from a night out then took some (inc. paracetomol), your stomach would explode or something. if braniac says it's good then who am I to question :thup:

i always used to think my liver would bleed and id die from internal bleeding. but then i think i had a moment of clarity and realised it wouldnt happen. dont get me wrong, i still get "saturday killers" but when i actually remember to take some pain killers the night before im usually ok.

even used some lemsip tablet before, my nose was clear as **** too :thup:

as i said before, stop drinking ***** beer and everyone will be ok

tactical puking works as well :thup: get it out your system before you go to bed. did that on my bosses stag do, on the mini bus, twice. felt awesome the next day

What I do without fail is to get in, get to the nearest tap, turn it on, drink as much as you can until you feel sick or whatever. Grab what you can from the kitchen, I preferably choose a couple of bags of crisps and some biscuits and munch on them. You should be fine in the morning. Don't even think i've had a hangover.

whs, basically i make sure i drink a large glass of water before going to bed ( and going to the loo! ) and have a long sleep!

Powerade/luca or something before, water when I get back then another energy thing in the morning with a fry up

a pint of milk and a roll in pig in the morning does the trick for me
