You heard correctly, basically it's a slightly tweaked weapon list from the original Worms.

Heard an interview with one of the devs and they used the excuse of how it would make the game too unbalanced or something, but I'm sure it's more likely that they had to take loads out to fit the (then) 50MB limit.

I'm sure they'll come through by releasing some paid-for DLC weapons packs :thup::thdn:
