I suppose I should be relieved that there is some pedigree in national championship game because Missouri v WV would've been awful, but neither LSU nor Ohio State are that compelling. Ohio State hasn't played in almost a month and didn't play anybody of note prior. Could see it like last year when they get crushed against the first competition of the year And LSU lost just a week ago. Hardly going in on a high even if they won the SEC championship game.
I'd rather see Georgia and USC who both appear to at least be finding it late in the season.

I think a BCS game is at best extremely generous to Hawaii
When a terrible Washington team is up 28-7 with 5 minutes left in the third quarter, that suggests they are probably going to be blown out by a competent team.

Someone has leaked the BCS matchups as:
Nat'l Title: LSU vs Ohio State.
Rose : USC vs Illinois.
Fiesta : Oklahoma vs Kansas
Sugar : Georgia vs Hawaii
Orange : West Virginia vs VaTech
Honestly, **** all those games.
I would much rather see USC vs Georgia, Oklahoma vs Arizona St, and Mizzou vs Hawaii. **** the bullshit that gets a weak Illinois team into the BCS. Also the nonsense that sees Kansas get into the BCS over Mizzou because Mizzou lost a game Kansas wasn't good enough to play.
