that GAME order did get cancelled in the end, although it sounded like they were about to dispatch it since I had it preordered MONTHS ago. Will be gutted if my gameplay preorder is late now

Just look for Call of Duty 4 videos, and you'll see why.

Generally action packed and epic FPS games set in WWII although 4 is in modern times. Its known for being a solid game with massive set pieces happening real time a la Half Life, and some pretty atmospheric level design (2 had an enemy at the gates style bit where you had no weapon and had to follow a sniper) 3 wasnt a patch on 1 or 2 but 4 looks to be immense

tbh the first 3 were nothing special, they were set in WW2 and were slightly better than average FPS's, but COD4 has been developed by a different company ( Infinity Ward ) and is set in Present day, it is fb

COD2 was awsome, 3 sucked big time. Glad they have moved into the modern times. I absolutely loved the Beta and putting a bullet in OTF's populations heads.

Anyone know if your allowed more then 6 players into the lobbys etc I remember there being some sort of limit.

Still need to find out if blocbusters are doing that £10 trade in and if they will except limited edition halo 3. Thats the only way i will get this game my money has already been reserved for other games.
