I watched the video of last nite's Dr Who and I must say it was better than last year's Dr Wholess episode. I thought the shadow creatures were a nice alien. I wonder if those bows and arrows are a reference to the end of the Shakespeare Code episode, where Queen Elizabeth and her archers chase the Doctor and Martha, with one of the arrows landing on the Tardis. What I dont get is how the extras were put on the heroine's DVDs.
No The Bows and Arrows was something else

and

The Black copper who went back to 69, became a media mogal getting into DVD's from the beginning and it was him that put the easter egg there </BLOCKQUOTE>

Thanks for clearing that up.

He wouldn't admit to it, but I could tell he was scared towards the end, when they were trying to get into the TARDIS. He loved it though.

Dr Who and Heroes = the best TV right now!
2nd series to absolutely destroy it ala Prison Break-only kept watching it because id started and hoped it would improve wish i'd stopped when they broke out

anyway to keep it on topic- next week looks a bit good "not even us timelords came this far" </BLOCKQUOTE>

So you say Heroes season two is poop?

As for Doctor Who, the series is REALLY warming.

I think there is going to be something big happen thats NOT the Master.

no not seen series 2 of heroes but judging by LOST(also ABC iirc) & Prison Break the second series will be dire & they'll try rationalise how they got their abilities with a chemical spill or something.

i don't care if its the master, just as long as it isn't Cybermen or Daleks

Loved that.

I presume the Doctor we see in the next episode will be the one who's been stuck in 1969 and not the one who just got handed the stuff? Or am I being too chronological about this?

the doctor we saw in Blink was a doctor prior to the doctor in 1969 but it may be 'years' before he experiences it there are great leaps between stories that we don't see (in runaway bride its a few months for us but the doctor has been traveling for possibly years of our time)

Kylie heading to Wales for 'Doctor Who'
Monday, June 11 2007, 16:12 BST

By Tony Delgado

Kylie Minogue will reportedly be staying in Wales in July to film an appearance in Doctor Who.

The icWales website quotes an insider on the hit family drama as revealing: “Kylie will be coming to Cardiff sometime next month. Everything has been arranged, a hotel has been booked and everyone on the set is excited about it.”

It is unknown whether the Australian singer will have a starring role in the Christmas Special or simply a cameo. Last year’s festive episode featured comedienne Catherine Tate sharing top billing with David Tennant, who plays the title role.

Minogue is no stranger to the British science fiction series. Her recent tour featured dancers dressed in Cybermen costumes, alongside snippets of dialogue from the second season of the revived show.
