Well wasn't whatsherface supposed to be the Prime Minister partially responsible for creating the golden age of the Human Race?

If she is ousted as Prime Minister, then that would mean history is being changed. SO you may be right and it could be that he is manipulating Time to prevent that occuring.

Didn't Tennant say something along the lines of he didn't know if he would be back after the third season, meaning more if the show even got a fourth season, but the press did their usual and jumped all over it?

Offically a fourth series hasn't been comfirmed yet so his contract ends after this series.

According to the Telegraph the fourth series has been commissioned along with a 2007 Christmas special.

But RTD might not be involved with it.
