Hardly a smartarse, isn't Team 3D one of the "you can't use this, nyah nyah nyah" IP issues?

Don't get me started on those legends contracts either. $10,000 up front fee, WWE get rights to name and image for next five years, any indy bookings, they demand a cut of the money.
