And is it better to lay at high odds or low odds.
Eg: Sacramento are at 1.02 to win the Western Connference in the NBA and to lay them its at 50.

The higher the odds, the higher the risk to you and the more unlikely the event.

Lay at low odds. If you layed at 50 then you'd have to pay out £49 for every pound someone puts on. The laying odds are often poor value on events that don't have much money riding on them.
