Stuff on the WENB about the kit editor.
As expected, not many pattern/layer options but you can now import a photo to overlay onto the kit. So you can do stuff like this | |

It's an enormous improvement on next gen, no idea about previous. Whole new game engine they built from scratch. Still lacks the fun of PES though, which long term screws it a little.
