Do I need to patch anything to get proper boots and kits or do I just need to download an option file and transfer it to my PS3?

I used to get by using the in-game edit mode in previous versions but it sounds fairly limited this time around.

Evo-web work without any of the restrictions PESFan tend to, due to their semi-official status.

But as you say, pish easy to get and only the 360 is awkward to get them onto.

well yeah pesfan/insight/evo web all link to the same option files pretty much, and there are plenty to choose from so if you don't like it you can always look at another

Aye, was just referring to the 'No Premiership kits' rule that was in order for the more officials PESFan files. As you say, you can get all the files at any of the major sites.
