Yeah playing on the PC. Ronaldinho is just unstopable. Even on top player the opposition cant get near him. I'll try and grab a video and upload it

heh i believe you mate. Out of interest, and to see if it is down to specs or whatever, is the PC version incredibly fast paced for you?

My Ronaldinho won't do any of that stuff, apart from the free kicks. Assume you're on PC with the R1 talk Jam?
| I didn't download the PES2008 demo, but if free kicks work the same way it did on previous versions, how exactly can you score free kick goals?
Whenever I try, I almost always either hit the wall or send the ball too far away from the target. :thdn: |

They've changed them, and all shooting for the better. The balll feels a lot heavier now so you can hit far more powerful shots without them flying over.
Free kicks also feel heavier, so it's easier to get good power and still have them come back down over the wall. Plus, keepers aren't already halfway to the ball everytime before it gets over the wall.

| That's great.
I've only scored like 5 free kick goals up to PES 2007. :thdn: |

I used to score 1 in 3 on PES 5, but on PES 6 I scored about 2 free kicks ever.
I play it like a dinosaur though, use the d-pad and barely any of the skill buttons :o so will have to re-educate myself for this version

Just lost 2-0 to Argentina. Come to the conclusion that Jambo is just a lot better than me.
An extremely smug header from Crespo too. So delicate it had my keeper thinking he could get it right up until he was in the net with it.
