i followed barca as long as i have arsenal, for me xavi is a great playmaker. iniesta is great as i said, but i would prefer xavi with deco and toure for his overall defensive/attacking qualities. if you need a goal from the bench, iniesta is your man.

depends, really. if xavi was a fixture then, who out of toure & deco would you drop? i just feel having a player like iniesta on the bench gives you more leverage if you need an attacking change. don't get me wrong, i can see your arguement, but i like xavi.

About 6 years ago or so (IIRC), Gerrard Houllier was pointed in the direction of a young Kid plying his Trade (Apprenticeship?) at Sporting CP in the Portuguese Super League.
He had the opportunity to sign this young buck from Sporting for a mere compensation package of, I'd say, a few hundred K's (no great stretch for a side of Liverpool's calibre)...
Houllier turned down the opportunity due to the fact that the kid was "underdeveloped" and would not "adapt" to the English game. In his own professional opinion, you understand.

That kids name was Cristiano Ronaldo.

Quite amusing really, as shrew said I actually thing Cesc was playing better at the start of last season, this season he's has a few below his magnificent best performances.

I'd say Iniesta is probably on better form (although I havnt seen him in the last couple of games) but Cesc is the better player imo, he's just better, cba to go into more detail.
