I actually likes the last episode, small things like the stuff ali mentions never really bother me unless its obvious like that thing with Peter I mentioned a while back.

The first season thread was full of the "OMG comics are spoilers and only for geeks!!!" brigade, so hardly counts, that's why we got this thread. Mr Muggles talk is silly, and banned. No proof whatsoever that Sylar eats the brains. I argued it at the time and will continue to do so until we see otherwise. Kring and more importantly Loeb have admitted they themselves are not sure what Sylar does with the brains.

I'm sticking to my theory that Syler sticks bits of other peoples brian on to his own
And is it coincidence that Mr Muggles and Adam have never been in the same room together? I dont think so.

Just trying to wind me up now
How would he stick brains onto his own ffs? He doesn't have a healing factor, that's why he went after Claire, so cutting open his own head isn't an option.

| He could eat them and use his clockwork powers to put them in the brain, possibly with some assistance from Mr. Muggles somehow.

He has the power to see how things work, so he obviously knows how to perform brain surgury.
Either that or he blows the peices' up through his nose

This style of fast then slow is classic Loeb. I know that's new to alot of folks but I've got the Hush and Civil War collections and he swings from fast paced plots to stories dragged out over a whole year, so I guess I'm just used to it. You have to remember that this is a comic in TV form, so the style and pace will be different to what most folks are used to. They'll have to tinker with it a little before they reach a point where it's true to Loeb's roots yet sufficiently paced to prevent audience loss.
| The thing is, I'm all for a slow build-up and character development etc, provided there's an element of suspense. But season 2 has completely lacked this imo - currently, right now, there's precious little gripping me and making me definately want to tune in for next week. All the 'reveals' of the season have been either obvious or fairly weak, and like I said earlier, there's no burning issue to hold it all together.

That doesn't make sense either. Just because he can see how things work doesn't mean he can perform complex tasks. That's Monica's ability, not his.
My theory is that, similar to an X-Men arc from years ago, Sylar has the ability to rearrange his transposons to gain the abilities of the folk he kills. He removes the brain, examines it to check on the arrangement of the transposons and then aligns his to match. Could also explain his subsequent power loss. If the company have tinkered with his transposons in some way it would render him inert.
