Bacon - Loeb confirmed he has done a slight rewrite to episode eleven to allow them finish volume two on a cliff hanger. It should have ended with a revelation to lead into volume three, instead they will end a few seconds earlier, leaving the viewers hanging.

Knapp - The only way for a regenerative to die is to have something continually piercing the brain, which is actually not all that common, despite what volume one would have us think. Perfectly reasonable to suppose that Adam had either never sustained this type of wound, or when found dead afterwards had the object removed during a postmortem examination, ala Claire.
