nah, he bust out soon after, came and played in a sit and go with a few of us from keele, he hit quads and took two people out one hand, was massive chip stack 5 way and took me out on a 50-50. was a sound guy, like most people that weren't from cambridge tbh

i assume you werent involved the grossman bounty on the sunday morning?

and tough luck about the vc tourney, its such a grind through the disconnects and the bad players and to come second is harsh, happened to one of my mates a month or so ago

oh and if anyone cares, all my world cup games are tomorrow, at 5, 7, 9 and 11pm BST on pokerstars. we cant qualify for the second round and i cant even change the result of any game as we're either 3-1 or 4-0 after 4 games in each match so obviously ill be giving my all

Wasn't in on it but I was playing in the tournament, I was sitting two tables in front. Got knocked out quite early on, wasn't taking it that seriously casue i was wanting to watch my mate play.

He had 700000 chips with 12 left. How he came 11th i don't know...

he had just one more bounty hunter to outlast when he got into the money but he bust out 6th, with the bounty hunter clinging on for 5th with a tiny stack compared to grossman

the whole weekend was excellent, i really cant wait for the Warwick Series of Poker tbh, it promises to be even better

First $10 game didn't look good...turned into a total crapshoot with 6 players left. Any sites where the blinds don't go quite so skyward?

You play at Prima, right? Pokerstars have a significantly slower blinds structure
