I was chip leader after around half an hour then inexplicably called an all-in from the small blind when I was the only limper with TT. He had KK

Very next hand I folded KT only to see the dream QJ9 flop...I'd've definitely been in there if I hadn't taken such a hit on my stack

Few players went out but I basically had half the chips everyone else did so had to double up. With 15000 chips on the table between 6 players, I didn't much like being below 1000 and basically went all-in with anything that looked remotely decent, which ended up being 54 suited one time when I'd had a dozen hands in a row which were utter dross. Ended up out when KJ was beaten by AK, which probably wasn't my smartest move.

Just so ****ed off about those pocket tens though. The very fact I limped meant I could get out of the bloody pot

Anton - I go to Strathclyde Uni, playing in another tournament tomorrow.

My excellent run is continuing! From a balance of £20 last Sunday I've not got £275 in my account after winning a £20 STT just there. That's purely from playing STT's as well, and despite a disaster in the £20 STT before that where I was heads up and got my chips in with AA pre-flop and was beaten by 3 7 h (I flat-called the blind, he raised me all-in, one of the few occasions i think its ok to slow-play AA I think).

I think my heads up play could do with improvement though. I've not been taking records but I've not been winning the 60% which I'd like to aim for I don't think. Whats the best strategy to use heads up? I try and be the aggressor as often as possible, pushing my opponent with A rag or two face cards or a pocket pair (especially as the blinds are often 300-600 or 500-1000 in the latter stages with only 10000 chips in total!). The blinds are so big I'm not sure there's an optimum way to play it to be honest. Any advice?
