Regardless of the wider issues, I think the new manager should focus on developing Carson and/or Foster as soon as he can - therefore making Almunia semi-irrelevant.

Contempt was the word I was looking for.

The fact he's not as good anymore is neither here nor there Still one of the finest 2nd choice 'keeper's in the premiership though tbh.

This kind of thing undermines international football. You should only be able to play for the country of your birth or the country of either of your parents.
