My one is the paid version (19.95 US). There is a free version it does not do the "tabbed docks" which is what mine is.
You could probably find a free program that does the same thing.
I've been using it for ages and I'm lost without it. It does have a few tiny issues with certain games, but close down the program and they go away, one click to turn it back on so I don't mind.

My PC wallpaper is *swoon*
The room is just painted white. So I guess my PC wallpaper matches that. Er, that's unintentional.
