You click mouse over the tab (click on one to "select it") and it comes down with a drop menu which contains shortcuts to programs.

My one is the paid version (19.95 US). There is a free version it does not do the "tabbed docks" which is what mine is.

You could probably find a free program that does the same thing.

I've been using it for ages and I'm lost without it. It does have a few tiny issues with certain games, but close down the program and they go away, one click to turn it back on so I don't mind.

Walls are painted, just as they were when I moved into this place 4 years or so ago.

PC, I can't be bothered changing the wallpaper to a sexy woman or something, bit childish for me, "oh, a picture of an attractive girl" I just use one of the default ones that comes with it
