Grand Prix Racing Online - Season 7 starts December 7th. Sign up now!!!
Welcome one and all to yet another fun-packed season of GPRO.
Season 7 features such wonderful delights as having higher risks making you go significantly faster (apparently) and the practical nightmare of having Monte Carlo as your designated test track….those crazy admins eh
For all people interested in signing up to GPRO, there is a fantastic top-secret Team OTF forum here, which offers, amongst other goodies, a fantabulous Newbies Guide to GPRO, essential reading for newcomers and veterans alike. We also like to use the thread to share our experiences and discuss options for upcoming races. It is in short an essential part of the OTF GPRO experience.
OTFers would request that every new OTFer wanting to join the game sign up via one of their referral links, which can be found in this thread
When you get the time, GPRO and it's admins would like you to read the Rules and FAQ upon signup. They'll help you get to know the game, and if you want a little more money, there's a Certification Test based on them at the site.
OTFers would advise not, however, to read their “newbie guide” as it is just a watered down rip off of the one the collective might of OTF (*cough* Gordon *cough*) has put together on our forum.
As a wise man once said, "Grand Prix Racing Online is a web based motor sport management game, where you get to control and influence a team of your own. Sign drivers, technical directors, and staff. Negotiate with sponsors, and other managers to form teams. Set up your car for qualifying and the race, and set your strategy in order to become the best manager and win the Elite group title."
No doubt as people sign up and promote the names, faces and groups will change. There is a comprehensive list at the OTF Forum, but feel free to add yourself to the list which will be posted here momentarily.
Alternatively, just visit the GPRO website, although we’d prefer it if you did the long way
The season 7 Calendar reads as follows:

Doesn't get reset in any non-Rookie group. You can't offer contracts to drivers with over 120 OA, but you keep them if they have a contract with you

It only resets in rookie. They won't be able to give him a new contract though. Time to check out the ridiculous weight gain and stamina loss of my driver.

Quote ( Mikko Salminen @ December 1st 2007,11:08:43 )[br][br]Oh, and the unofficial aim of this season is not to lose by 3 or more laps to JJ Murphy in most races.
