Offered him 75% wages on Monday, he denied them. Today he accepted full wages, but with over $5 mill of signing on fee.

I'm not really that bothered, if most of the team want hypnosis fine although I'm not keen on it.

I'm annoyed that I leave work and we seem agreed and then I come home to find its totally changed

The flames are totally different to Phantoms and don't even look similar.

We should also wait for input from the other 5 members of the team which includes Ryno & Giddy, not sure who else.

If after that Hypnosis comes out on top we'll have it then.

Quite chuffed with the way the driver decisions went. The two ex-Masters who havent qualified yet (the third who hadnt qualified hasnt logged in for two weeks and is driverless) have got one driver who relegated his last tow managers with no points and one 36 year old :o (how old, thats only just younger than me) but for just 3 races.

If I dont podium it would have to be down to a serious mistkae in setup or a tech failure.
