Basically, if everyone in rookie chooses the same tyres, fuel, risks, and car parts (well, as car parts are all 1 at the start, this shouldn't be too hard) for the first few races, i'm going to try to use the stats and work out what effects setup, fuel, wear, risks etc, and by how much.
And if I get that done easy enough, i'll try to test the new risks out.
