I personally think that the OTF teams should remain for OTFers as long as it remains practical, and seeing as we have well over 40 active players that should not be a problem.
I have also started nurturing another group into the game and will (if enough stick at it) get one of them to start up a team but I will remain in the mighty Ohhh Teee F1 team.
Dont worry, they are not getting any super secret info, just some advice and support from an old hand.

It just seems utterly wrong that there is only 1 saltire car on the grid.

my aim is to promote again, and at the same time make a lot of money, and not make the same mistake i did last season offer a huge money contract to a driver

My latest driver has 102 aggression and climbing, and he's amazy - even faster than yourself if I'm not mistaken?
He also seems a very good overtaker (a skill which I'm starting to believe aggression is useful for), and my car wear has not been any higher than anyone else.
