Well, I'll only be bidding on him if my other guys have masses of offers on them. Just realised he's more like a 3rd choice for me, but they keep changing at the moment due to all the offers flying in.
Cheers for that though, if I don't PM you, then feel free to bid away!

Should I make a bid for my second choice driver as well who has a signing fee of about 8 million or should I find cheap under 85 OA driver that matches Sans rough 1st formula and then train him up?
Why would you fight with rookies for a driver?

Well last season was interesting, starting off awful and gradually getting into the points by the end of the season. Sadly, i'm totally broke and start the season with 8m, no sponsors and no driver
I'm bidding on my last seasons driver (as he did the job) and hopefully he'll be with me again.
Going to be a tough one and i can see relegation looming. At least i get to continue my battle with Nick

Are all our rookie managers doing okay with regard to finding good promotion-worthy drivers?
If anyone needs any advice or just ask for opinions on who you're thinking of going for, don't hesitate to either post here, or preferably over on the super secret forum

phfft. you shouldn't be in any danger of relegation as long as you get a half decent driver in. even if you have to do the same as last season and bide your time until near the end to score the necessary points.
i'm attempting to do the reverse of last season - got my driver for another 9/10 races and i doubt i'll renew his contract as he's asking for a fortune, so i want to be assured of safety by then. not expecting to get near promotion, a steady season of car improvements and cash accumulation will do me fine. save the assault on master for the season after.
