I wear scarves all the time in winter. Football scarves. They say "I'm cool" and "I'm warm" in equal measure.

less of the scarf hate please
i wear one all winter long (outdoors) because it is cold, hence why trousers and gloves also find their way onto my body, just like i wear shorts and flip-flops all summer long because it is warm.

but, yes, those people who spend 5 minutes making sure the knot is at the right angle and perfectly tucked into their jacket, and then proceed to wear it indoors can indeed **** off.

and as for the current fashion, not got an idea and nor do i really want one either.

Not suprised then. River highland is a middle of the range high street fashion shop, which copies fashion trends around a year after they have been featured
