| Yeah right. We all know what you really mean is, the teatime rush has finished, so less people "want fries with that". </BLOCKQUOTE>

Not actually seen Quagliarella play - but seeing that my preferred target is all but agreed to join Bayern, I'm open to new targets.

quagliarella is a scorer of great goals, whether he has the movement and instinctive finishing ability to finish off chances is something I dont know whether he possesses and in my eyes is something we need more than a taller more accurate defoe.
**** it i dont know what sort of player he is apart from youtube videos, he scores crackers and he is a striker so he will do tbf, as long as its not owen im happy.

Klose would be a rubbish choice anyway, not what we need.

from what I've heard of quaggers, he plays deeper than an out an out striker, so not what we're looking for IMO. I may be wrong though.

| I disagree. I think he could have played the lone striker role well in our team.

Quagliarella seems to score lots of spectacular goals, but what we need is a clinical goalscorer, someone who will convert the many chances that Ronaldo, Rooney, Scholes etc will create, while still having pace movement and strength.
So that will be Berbatov then
