Yes. All division are filled by teams according to their reputation.

Daniel this is a Supearleague edit..so if you DL and use this modified db and choose england the teams in there are changed, it's like a challenge and they are very fun to play.

I'm unsure if this one is well done though.

To be well done you should eliminate all other competitions from europe (usualy set them to Oceania) so that the only european competition that exists is the superleague.
So there shouldn't be any Champions League like mentioned above.

Also you have to adjust reputation levels in the leagues.

There also might be an issue with regens, you have to check out if they come english or from the nationality of the original club.

If it's all well done then they are great fun

Good fun for a season or 2 but then all the teams from like league 1 and lower will sell all there players so they dont go bankrupt because they dont get much prize money or tv money compared to there salaries.

The reputation is improved but money cannot be edited so it will be really crap after about 3 seasons because the teams in the lower divisions will become like the teams in the lower division of England and not the star teams that they are now.

it's impossible to eliminate all other competitions from europe because it's necessary to have 53 countries in europe
Reputations of all non-english competitions decrease to 10. And reputation of english league increase. For example - Blue Square North/South = 11.
Regens have the nationality of the origin club/
