i am with liverpool and players like lucas, leto, babel, anderson, amoo all have amazing potential. but they never gain stats. we have great facilities and good coaches. am i doing something wrong?

Have you actually checked whether these players have already reached their potential or not?

OK, assuming that you have, how long have you monitored them for? The attribute increase is rather slow, but if the coaches say they are improving, then you should 1-2 points increase/year in some attributes.

The coaches and the attribute progression screen are your friends. :thup:
