I have not posted on here before but as I have not seen a post on this before I though I would ask.
The fitness of my players seems alot worse in the 2nd season than the 1st season. For example in the 1st season my players might be at 96-98% fitness playing on a wednesday after a saturday game, now they are like 92-94%.
Am i doing something wrong? I always have fitness intensive training in pre-season, and once the season starts my training workload is on the last bar of medium (1 before high).
