I watched many threats about tactics and their discussions!
I see many people downloading tactics (i must say there are some really good one's) and after that there are people complaining that the tactic is not working.
If i download a tactic then i always look at the individual instructions and adapt them at the skills of my players or i buy a player who's good enough to play at those individual settings.
I think this is one of the reasons that for some teams the tactic is totally not working.
So please give your opinion about it or maybe you have some advice to adjust the player instructions

I think that's alot of the problem with the "it works for me" or "it does'nt work for me" replies on the tactical posts.
It's important to adjust player instructions to suit the players in those positions. It's also pointed out quite often by the most well-known tactics "gurus" that you need players with certain attributes to fit roles in their tactic.
Some people just dont "read" the tactic and unfortunately bleat when it does'nt work.
