Ok .... team talks appear to be approaching ridiculous. Liverpool against Lazio, 4-0 up at half time, dominating the game. Give a 'thrilled' team talk, and my team does literally nothing in the second half. Concedes 3 goasl, just scrape a win. Does thrilled = please lie down and surrender? Give up? Please play crap?

Wish there was an option to just switch off the totla randomness of team talks.

I've learned NEVER to say I'm "thrilled" for exactly the same reason.

I was on a 10 match winning run once, leading by wide margins of between 2 and 5 goals at half-time - also dominating posession, shots,etc...

Each game I tried "Thrilled with performance" and hey presto! My team invariably did'nt bother to perform in the second half.

I've actually found that "Don't let your performance drop" or "Pleased with your performance" and even "Relax - The result will take care of itself" work better :eek:

I'm sure the SI boys and gals will tweek this eventually, as it does have considerable impact on the outcome of games.

Aye, if a players morale is Very Good or superb andhe has a 6 or less i use ANGRY (I mean average or less is a reason to kick a boot on someone's forehead)
Superb or V.G and a 7 is DISAPPOINTED
Superb or V.G and 8 and above is Don't let performance drop

If morale is below Very Good i try encourage!
