Ok I need a very good DM and a few CM's in the second season with a budget of 21mil any ideas anyone?

Which level of EPL?

Miguel Veloso is pretty good, young & on the cheap side.. maybe 10-12mil?

Banega is a good prospect but not sure if he is the immediate impact player..

Have read some people manage to pick up Pirlo on the cheap after a couple seasons too

I loaned Flamini last season but he didn't like it here lol I dont think he would come back lol he was a bit miffed with me.

Right then, Tom Huddlestone and Christian Ledesma.
Huddlestone depends on whether or not Spurs are willing to sell (have in my game) and Ledesma might already have been signed by an EPL club but worth a look.
