Hi guys,
I want to ask u is there a way to sack my ass. manager, coz i don't like him but my board blocks the departure. I've offered him Mutual Termination but... no success.So, how can I sack him... or i must wait until his contract expires ?

try to give me a new contract that will expires at the end of the season or the next season. give me a bigger sign on fee to persuade him in signing the short term. then u can sack him without the board blocking bcos of excessive wages paid
