I was tipped to finish bottom with my LLM club and finished 13th ending up as oveachievers of the year and not being far off the play offs.

The board said it was a 'fantastic' achievement. I did okay in the cups as well but got knocked out in one cup a round earlier than they wanted.

Finances okay and signings liked yet I am only doing a satisfactory job and this fluctuates into 'could be doing better'.

Anyone else found them very hard to please?

Obvious question first. Have you patched your game? The patch ironed out some problems with the confidence settings, so this could be the solution.

I haven't used the full beta patch yet, but understand it's supposed to address this. Get thee to a download post haste!
