Well, it's late, and i've just read the rules for the second time this year. I keep toying with the idea of starting a LLM game. Even got a team lined up
But, my main concern is...
I already have a few games going on FM (in lower leagues) that don't comply with the LLM rules at all, therefore I know a bit about players in these divisions. So what do I do? Are you guys allowed other games going at the same time as your LLM? If no, am I still allowed to set up a LLM game in a foreign land miles away from anywhere i've played in on FM 08?
If yes does that mean I'm following the rules perfectly by setting up a LLM game, but ofc I will have to 'forget' about players I am aware of?
Sorry if this is answered in the rules, as I said, it is late and i'm very sleepy!
Apologies also if this is worded badly/doesn't make sense!
If you think you have too much knowledge of a certain league, the the best thing to do is head for somewhere far away - when I get bored with England, I've tried Turkey, Russia, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, France, Norway, etc etc etc...
I never really pay much attention to my players' names. Just more along the lines of "that's the bloke who can run less slowly than the others", or "that's the bloke who only misses most of his shots."
And to answer your question about multiple saves, most LLaMas only (AFAIK) play one save at a time, and that save is always an LLM game. Basically, you're either a LLaMa or you're not. We're not going to say you're not "allowed" to have another game, ultimately it's your choice.
If we play other saves, previous knowledge about players is not an issue for us. Why you say? Because we don't sign players based on previous knowledge, but based on scout reports.
As long as you do the same and keep to the guidelines, we have no problems
First of all, there's a good chance he was randomly generated in both saves, so he will be totally different.
If your scout finds him, he's fair game. If you deem him to be better than your current players you should of course sign him. Not because he was great in a different save, but because he's better than your current carp.
Another option is to not use real player names. Keeps things interesting, and then all the players and staff will have facegen pictures, which is a nice touch in my opinion.

Never thought of that...
Although I think I would probably have a problem with that - I don't care about the names of MY players, but I like to follow the careers of certain players, and the progress of certain teams, and I think fake player names would be detrimental to that.
However, I can certainly see the advantages of fake player names in a purely LLM context.
I've been playing with random names, and I really like the fact that all players and staff now have a face. With the exception of me and greys of course. It may sound silly, but I think this adds extra character to the game. The fact that there's no recognised names on there is no issue with me.
Although I have seen one player who has the same name as the current real-life Liverpool manager, and I've seen a number who have the names of famous actors, some of which aren't exactly common names!
But as long as you don't mind not having real names on there, I think the random names option is a very good one, especially as it makes every save completely different from the last one.
