2012/13: League Two

Board: Fight bravely, the board also decided to take the club full time
Media: 24th

Due to player wage demands & a belief that my youngsters are good enough I bring in a total of 0 playes over the summer with a few fringe players released. My forwards (i have a 3 way battle for the clubs all time leading goalscorer title) & defenders do me proud with some solid performances however my inablility to find a strong central midfield pairing leaves my defence exposed on too many occassions. A few loan & short term singings of experienced campaigners in January do nothing to help matters.

With 6 games left & after a recent defeat to fellow strugglers Torquay I find myself only a point outside the dropzone however 5 winsd & a draw secure an unlikely mid table posistion. (not going to help next years expectaions.

Final Standing: 16th 16W 9D 21L -11GD 57pts
Cups: JPT Q/F, League Cup 2rd & FA Cup 1st round

Elsewhere: It's the year of the Underdog with Hearts, Wigan, Recreativo, Heerenveen & Sochaux all winning thier domestic league titles.

Perennial mid table team in the Conference south.

Essex clubs not having a good time of it really, Colchester mid table League two, Southend lucky to survive relgation from League 1 for the last 2 seasons, Grays & Daggers are stuck in the Conference national.

what tactics were you using for Braintree , i cant seem to get any players in on loan and have tried so many formations , all of them not working !

Wrong forum trenkel, you either need to try the TPTG & TTT forums or just keep tinkering like I did & stumble across the best way to line the team up.
