Take these forums as an example of what it might be like. EVERYONE; every spammer, crap player, middle class toff has the same say as every die hard football fan, honest gamer and moderator. Would this ultimately be good thing? And now bear in mind that this isn't a game, but the people involved have paid their year's money, so will have a laugh, and if they get bored they'll get lost.

Funnily enough, the Ebbsfleet job was available in my FM game. I applied and was laughed at as usual. It got me thinking though, if I was the manager I think I would really grow to resent the "fan interaction" so to speak. I get ****ed off enough when the chairman accepts an offer on my behalf for a player, so let alone nearly every function as manager being taken away.

They pick and choose what is in the game and what isn't.

I honestly can't see why they would attempt to put this in the game and get it right, if they can't first get my GK to stay in goal .

I can't believe the Ebbsfleet manager is actually publicly saying he's happy with the potential for outside intervention with squad selection, etc.

He must have very low self-esteem to even think about agreeing with it!!

If I was the manager, I'd be composing my resignation letter now.

Ebbsfleet is a professional side. If i was a professional footballer I wouldn't want my career in the hands of some outside investors that don't even know me.
