Airdrie United Scottish Third Division 2023/24

Bottom when I arrived, with 7 games remaining.

Board Expectation: Respectable league position
Fans Expectation: Safe mid-table

Just got one win from the remaining games and so didn't improve our league position.

As part of my contract, the board decided to improve the training facilities at the end of the season.

Out of curiosity, why do Airdrie have a non-league Northern Irish team as one of their "other rivals"?

We were challenging for the title for most of the season, but too many draws at the end of the season meant we only just got a playoff place.

Our semi-final opponents were Brechin and we lost the first leg 2-0. We then went on to spectacularly lose the second leg 4-0.

In January, one of the directors took control of the club. The director's name, Ross Ross!
