Default No transfer/loan rules for BSN/BSS
Before I file a bug on this, is this correct that there's no transfer deadline or loan rules for teams in the Blue Square North or Blue Square South? All the higher leagues in England have them.

Anyone have any real-world knowledge, or do you have transfer deadlines in the BSN/BSS in your game?

Only the old English deadline of the last Friday in March. This is because the league isn't professional so doesn't come under UEFA's transfer deadlines.
