| Probably. Seems the game engine has more sense.
Why would you want to drop down the leagues, surely if you want a challenge, it would make more sense to start down the leagues and work your way up.

Yeah the nationality is set to Irish, but I doubt that has anything to do with it.
As for affording me, I'm only on €1,200 a week? That sounds wrong!?
Craig, your point is probably correct, but don't want to be unemployed coz its fairly boring if nothing is happening.
| Also, I can tell you that your weekly wage for a Blue Square Team is too high, it's twice as much, if not more, than some managers in the Blue Square are making.

Most FM managers have £2-300 a week. You are at least double that. No wonder they turned you down.

| It happens though Scott. Ex England manager (although only for one game for xure) now in conference, and ex Prem manager at Villa now at Wrexham. OK both were unemployed at the time but I'm pretty positive they both could have got a job at a higher level.

Maybe the missus puts her foot down, and sends you down the conferences : "on your way back from the club make sure you pick up some milk"
I wonder if the dilema of going from Ireland to England only occurs in the isles? In the main continent, I haven't had a problem going from one LL to another... The problem has been to stick with one for a season.

Shame on you, Dave, resorting to one (or in this case two) off examples as a reason to justify something. FM should model things that normally happen in football, not that have happened now and again.

*Hangs head in shame*
Valid Michal.
Ummm I'll get round it by saying that both have happened in the last month or so, and all it means is that FM has noticed a trend and has acted on it.......
Yeah that'll do it...
