There's some excellent photos of his from Dutch football fields in David Winner's superb book on Total Voetbal.

The book is called "Brilliant Orange: The Neurotic Genius of Dutch Football", for anyone who's interested.

Some great photos there.

I like the one from Prato, Italy. One player is lying injured, and the players playing on couldn't care less if he was OK or dead it seems.

There was also one (Romania?) where both teams were wearing yellow!
