In itself there isn't necessarily a problem with the naming of Staff and Ex-players. It depends on the way you use it.

Personally I think it's always best to just not name them but it's up to the mods to deal with the naming of ex-players and staff, like it says in the header.

However, when referring to mr. Posh it seems to be logical not to name him since he is still playing.

My personal feeling is that a LLaMa wouldn't be able to start as a national coach. Would you be able to start straight at San Marino or Andorra?

Once you've started the game it's a different story, but still you'd have to ask yourself how many BSS/BSN/NI2/SD3 managers are actively looking for international posts.
