The reason I am posting here ...

Well in my LLM goes I have noticed a number of times I have been clean through and the ref has called play back to book or send off a defender.

In goes higher up the pyramid this doesn't seem to happen.

I assumed it was a bug but is it just representing the fact the Blue Square refs are not as good.

Last night I was clean through and there keeper was well out of position. As my striker was presumably about to shoot it got pulled back for a red card, I missed the free kick and only drew 1-1. I was very annoyed.

It probably represents the fact that the ref thinks your player is too crap to score even when clean through.

Do people these days not learn the difference between their and there, your and you're, to and too.



I have never had the advantage rule applied in my game.

Normally I would concur but it's my 11 goals in 12 games striker that's now been denied twice.

Although the most rewarding thing about being a Llama I have found is after a few years when your team is strong enough to dominate Greys United!

They may be good but now I am much better so I tend to cope with them now. It was annoying being slapped by them earlier into my save.

I love FM2008 but there seem to be a few bits and pieces to annoy. Last night I had the headline No Shocks In FA Cup. I would have thought East Thurrock who are not in BSS in my save so must be Ryman Premier at best winning 2-0 at League 1 Hull would be a shock but then what do I know!!!

Also has anyone successfully appealed a red card yet? Have not had one overturned despite my players telling me the ref was almost certainly being bribed!

To be fair though, he uses capital letters and punctuation. This is way more than most people, so I'd give him credit for that.

But still, the difference between there and their can't be too hard to grasp.
