I've been playing with Italian Serie A and doing great but on a Brazilian no budget teams it gets a lot harder to win a game, what tactics have been working for you?

I dont want to know exatcly what formation you used, just to know, yes or no if you usually change formations that work on Better/Wealthier teams.

You kind of answer your own question in the first sentence there.

In Serie A you have boundless funds and reputation, very good players will flock to your club, you could play the fabled "left-sided sweeper" tactic and probably win.

In LLM you've got to choose tactics and formations that suit the relative strengths of the players, strengths that will be rare in lower league teams but there in abundance in Serie A.

High up you can get the player to fit your tactics, whereas low down you must get the tactic to fit the players. And as is mentioned above, simplicity is usually the norm in this case.
