It seems that (some) ground requirements have been implemented in the new version, which I am pleased to hear.

While you're getting around to sending his Megadrive, I think we have a shipment to Canada to discuss, Matt.
Well done, skershaw. Looks like you're doing well, KUTGW.

Season 2011 – AMOT IF (First Division Norway)
Media Prediction – 15th (Next to Bottom)
Long-Term Board Expectations – Establish ourselves in this division by the end of 2 year period.
Initial Board Expectations – Fight Bravely against Relegation, I choose Avoid Relegation.
Finished - 9th 44 points from 30 games
Norway Cup – Quarter Finals (Before 8-1 thrashing at hands of Brann)
Average Attendance - 1292
Club Finances - -£500,000 (Profit of £1 million over the course of the season – Mainly due to board investments and also incorporating £500k on Under Soil Heating
Top Player – On-Loan Left Winger / Striker scoring 15 goals and 14 assists.
Transfer Budget – £0k Wage Budget – £4.8k
Players In - 12 (£0k) Players Out – 20 (£0k)
Word to sum up season – Improvement
Positives from season - Staying up quite comfortably & 2nd Highest Scorers.
Negatives from season – 2nd Worst Defence!!!! Least we are entertaining to watch.
All in all a vast improvement, a record of 14 wins, 2 draws and 14 defeats, shows that we are still very inconsistent, but they difference between the top 6 and the rest of us is huge.
Under Soil Heating at a cost of £500k wasn’t what I wanted, especially when we were already £1.5 million in the red. Board kept on investing and we have been at around the -£500,000 mark for the past 6 months.
Unfortunately although the team are slowly improving, there are very few decent players who want to join my team, so I’m relying on loan players to plug the gaps.
Managed to again keep about £500 per week under wage budget, meaning I’m saving money where I can, the run to the QF of the Cup gave me a welcome boost in finances, and the QF defeat at Home to Brann, although heavy at 8-1 gave me a new crowd record of 4,478 (4,500 capacity), up from the previous 1,700. And massive gate receipts of 40k compared to 12k before.
Starting to think though that my time at Amot may be coming to an end. The Board love me (apart from the finances), the fans love me, unfortunately there are not enough fans for us to start making a profit, there hasn’t been any transfer Budget since the first season, the Board won’t invest anymore money, so I can’t invest in making the team challenge for the Title and Promotion to the Top Flight.
I think it may be time to start applying for another job and see what happens. I’m not going to jump ship, but if the right offer comes my way, I think I would find it very hard to resist.
Heres to the next year, who knows what she may bring.

Well done skershaw!
That next step to promotion challengers looks tough (not that I've been setting my sights that high yet )
