Default Irish League

Anyone else playing on this? Any records? Been playing with Waterford after resigning from Mansfield quite good but its bloody hard to sign players of any quality for more than a few months, my board keeps going over my head when a bid of more than £50k comes in! How can I stop this?

did anyone say it was going to be easy playing LLM-style?

No tips. sorry. just go with the flow...

But I share the frustrations, the new version is tougher than ever.

If the players are any good this wouldn't happen IRL. I also feel Irish players in this game are vastly under rated (in terms of value). MickR im also managing QUB

Mansfield doesn't seem to be a LLM starting point...

I'd like to give Ireland a go but from what I hear/read there is a problem with relegation from and promotion to the first division in 2009.

But this isn't a tip so I doubt the OP is interested.

Snap, good old QUB!!!

Sick of getting hummered by "greys athletic" in the cups though, and we've got five of them to contend with! (suck-ar5e cups)

I started with Leigh, got them to league 2 then didnt have my contract renewed, went back down a division to Droylsden, got them to League 2 aswell and the same thing happened so I took Mansfield from the conference or whatever its called now to League 1 and then on to Waterford.

I've lost my three best players in the last year for less than £100k each. One of em has just joined palace for £1.5m its just so irritating! Just beat Cork City 5-0 in the cup, nowt better than hammering your rivals in their back yard!
