If you mean changes to the database then you need to make a folder called FHM2008 in the path would be PSP/COMMON/FHM2008. Just put the changes.txt into that and it should work.

The highest attribute a player can have is 20.

no i mean when you edit where it says current ability and potensial ability so what is the highest you can have them?
