just wondering how do you pick your team to manage? do you use random selector, look at the qaulity or expectations of the team or just pick your favourite team in real life?

I initially start out with my favorite club (Paris St. Germain), find out that it's impossible to win with them, then I slowly spiral downward into a lower league manager and finally quit because it sucks coaching in the Turkish lower leagues.

My new strategy is to be the best team in a bad league (I started in Romania), and it's been a lot of fun trying to sign young players from better leagues and competing in Europe (Though I never won one game as a Romanian team).

Now I've been promoted to the Russian League, which hopefully will be a stepping stone into Western Europe.
