My best player is worried by:

'disipline at the club'

What the !!!! does that mean and how can i fix it.

if a player gets sent off in a match, youvve taken no action......think thats what it means anyway

Can't be that as I've only played three games and had nobody sent off.

I used to get this a ton before I installed 8.01.

It can also be as simple as not yelling at the team or disciplining them for pish performances.

Does it say "Discipline at the club" or "Worried by lack of managerial discipline"?

The managerial one is a result of you not fining or warning players for their bad actions, and it was a bug believe in early versions.

I have not seen the discipline at the club, but could it be linked to low determination ratings across the squad?

Yes. I've only played three competative games, w1,d1,l1 and used it once. Friendlies I use it all the time. Its a friendly.
