I understand what it is but how does a scout gain knowledge?

Mine are all English but I can't scout in Scotland for instance. Considering Edinburgh and Glasgow are closer to my team than London is why can't I scout there?

Unfortunately they get it either by

a) being from that country/region

b) scouting that country/region

it might be the bord saying that they only will let you scout players in your own country...

Bishop Stortfort, but that won't help as I alway selected random players which also gives you random owners etc.

I can only scout England, nothing else.

Can the board do, if so how can you persaude them otherwise.

What are the reasons behind the board not allowing scouts to go somewhere? Cost of travelling or something?

Yeah. A lot of the bottom league teams don't have the money to scout other places.

As I point out Edinburgh is closer than London but I suppose the program can't copy with distances but maybe it should.

Bishops Stortford to London is about 35 miles. Bishops Stortford to Glasgow is about 370. Which is nearer?
